Notice to Users: This is a university computer system and is the property of the Eberhard-Karls-University Tübingen, Germany, Department of Biomathematics. It is for authorized use only. Users (authorized or unauthorized) have no explicit or implicit expectation of privacy.
The use of PAProC is free and unrestricted for non-profit research
institutions. Commercial users (e.g. biotech or pharmaceutical
companies) can only use PAProC after agreeing to a set of regulations
soon to be announced on this site. Every user will have to register
before using PAProC. Registration includes revealing the user's
identity and agreeing to the conditions of use.
Any or all uses of this system and all files on this system may be
intercepted, monitored, recorded, copied, audited, inspected, and
disclosed to authorized site, the Department of Biomathematics. By
using this system, the user consents to such interception, monitoring,
recording, copying, auditing, inspection, and disclosure at the
discretion of authorized site or Department of Biomathematics
personnel.
Unauthorized or improper use of this system may result in
administrative disciplinary action and civil and criminal
penalties. By continuing to use this system you indicate your
awareness of and consent to these terms and conditions of use. LOG OFF
IMMEDIATELY if you do not agree to the conditions stated in this
warning.

Policy Statement: The creators of PAProC strongly support academic
freedom and a researcher's right to publish; therefore, we do not
endorse the viewpoint of a publication or guarantee its technical
correctness.
Disclaimer of Liability: With respect to documents available from this
server, we cannot make any warranty, express or implied, including the
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, or
assume any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy,
completeness, or usefulness of any information, or represents that its
use would not infringe privately owned rights.
PAProC was designed to support basic research. We cannot assume any
responsibility for clinical or therapeutic applications of PAProC
results, and recommend further in vitro experiments to confirm PAProC
predictions before their clinical application.
Privacy Notice
Visitors to the PAProC Web sites have no explicit or implicit
expectation of privacy. We monitor network
traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change
information or otherwise cause damage. Any or all visits to the PAProC
Web sites are subject to the Conditions of Use.
We collect no personal information about you when you visit the PAProC
Web site, except where otherwise stated, unless you choose to provide
this information to us. However, we collect and store certain
information automatically:
the Internet Protocol (IP) address and the name of the host from
which you access the Internet (i.e. 123.456.789.012), whether yours
individually or provided as a proxy by your Internet Service Provider
(ISP),
the date and time you access our site,
and, the pages you peruse (recorded by the text and graphics
files that compose that page),
We use the summary statistics to help us make our site more useful to
visitors (such as assessing what information is of most and least
interest to visitors).
This information is NOT shared with anyone beyond the support staff
for the PAProC Web site, except as required for site security
purposes, to ensure that the PAProC Web sites remain available to all
users, and when required by law enforcement investigation. We use the
information only as a source of anonymous statistical information, and
no other attempts are made to identify individual users or their usage
habits.
